So they are trying to scam you again to get another payment. Tell him you will talk with your bank and get a chargeback. This often solves problems with such companies. Also, try to update Malware bytes. If you purchased the Intelinet, some uninstaller has to exist, but scanning your PC will not do harm. Typically, parasites come with "free" versions of such software that needs to prove their usability or force you pay. If a person is in charge of billing, he has to be able to stop charges.
