I think copying files might left some files non-overwriten, and thus scripts executed only part of the upgrade process. To fix it, i re-deleted instalation and copied files over, then executed sql by hand. Worst thing is that some of the tables either were removed in the process of instalation (before crashing) or just after it. Yes, though upgrade script failed at some point.
