Recently, Google purchased urchin – web statistic monitoring company. The price for their services went down to 199$/Month and is very nice. Thus, we decided to give it a try.
The first impression is that the software is really easy to use and quite informative. Site orverlay, ecomerce analysis are really necessary tools.
However, there are still some bugs. For example, you can not change google account information you provide to urchin. You have to contact the support. There are some other issues, with SE/Keyword mappings and similar.
Additionally, I think that urchin server is overloaded. There is information gap in the results from ~0 to 6-8 GMT today, and there was one smaller yesterday. I hope they will transfer the software to faster servers or solve the scalability issues.
Anyway, It is a good software, and the problems are solvable.
